Khetnu Nefer (she/her) is a Gullah Geechee holistic health practitioner, sound therapist, and herbalist originally from Johns Island, SC. An Army veteran and uterine cancer survivor, she has dedicated nearly two decades to fusing traditional African healing practices with modern wellness modalities. As the founder of A Soulful Touch Wellness, she provides workshops, services, and products that empower women to heal through womb wellness, Reiki, sound therapy, and herbal medicine. In addition, she is the founder of the Gullah Geechee Herbal Gathering, an annual conference dedicated to the education, empowerment, and preservation of the herbal legacies of Black and Indigenous communities.
